Beverly has been drawing and painting most of her life, but only started painting seriously after her children finished college. Although largely self taught, she enjoys attending workshops as often as her busy schedule permits. She works in oil, acrylic and colored pencil, usually on archival panels but occasionally utilizing paper or stretched canvas. Her work has been characterized as representational with a touch of whimsy.
