The studio is located a few feet from his home near Vancouver, Canada. Genn generally works with a degree of multi-tracking and simultaneity. Several works will be on the go at any time. "You can't do your art without a dog or a cat," says Robert. |

Genn doesn't believe in teaching art. His most frequent advice to other painters is "Go to your room." He likes to empower artists and share ideas. Robert has about thirty galleries handling his work and gives between two and five one-man shows per year. |
